Changing your plan

Move, remove, and rebalance tasks, or adjust the whole plan at once.

Single tasks: use a task's ⋯ menu to move it to the next study day or any date, or to remove it. On the weekly view, drag it to another day. Tasks you place by hand are pinned (📌) and stay put when the plan rebalances.

Single days: on the daily view, change Study time this day. Set it to Day off and that day's work moves to later days.

The whole plan, with one click. Each button first shows what will change, in numbers (today's and this week's time, your average per day, when you'll finish new material, and what doesn't fit), and asks you to confirm:

  • Catch up on missed: spreads unfinished work over the coming days.
  • Take today off: moves today's work later.
  • Lighter week / Push harder this week: less or more for the week you're viewing, with the rest rebalanced.
  • Rebuild from today: re-plans using your latest progress (and adds any new lessons).
  • Edit plan settings: change your exam date, daily time, subjects, or review passes. The plan is rebuilt from today.

Changed your mind? Press Undo next to the buttons to go back to how your plan was before your last change. It remembers your last five changes, including moves, removals, days off, and settings.

If some work doesn't fit before your exam, a yellow notice tells you how much. Press Make it fit to adjust your settings.
